Paper Plane

Ingredients: 

0.75oz Sanctuary Single Malt Whisky 

0.75oz Amaro 

0.75oz Aperol 

0.75oz Lemon Juice 

Garnish: Orange peel 

Steps: 

1. Place Sanctuary Single Malt Whisky, Amaro, Aperol and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
2. Shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds. 
3. Strain over into a glass and garnish with orange peel. 
4. Serve & enjoy.
