Whisky FAQ’s

Our Signature Single Malt Whisky is made from 100% malted barley.

“Whisky” is the spelling used by Scotland, Canada and Japan, whereas “whiskey” is the spelling used by Ireland and the United States.

To be considered a Canadian Whisky, the whisky must be produced from a grain-based fermented mash and aged in wood (no larger than 700L) for at least 3 years.
