Ingredients:Â
2oz Sanctuary Single Malt WhiskyÂ
1oz Lemon JuiceÂ
0.75oz Simple SyrupÂ
1 egg whiteÂ
Garnish: Lemon PeelÂ
Steps:Â
- Place Sanctuary Single Malt Whisky, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, and Egg White in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously (for approximately 10 seconds).Â
- Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake for another 5-10 seconds.Â
- Strain over ice & garnish with lemon peel.Â
- Serve & enjoy.Â
