Sanctuary Sour

Ingredients: 

2oz Sanctuary Single Malt Whisky 

1oz Lemon Juice 

0.75oz Simple Syrup 

1 egg white 

Garnish: Lemon Peel 

Steps: 

1. Place Sanctuary Single Malt Whisky, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, and Egg White in a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake vigorously (for approximately 10 seconds). 
3. Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake for another 5-10 seconds. 
4. Strain over ice & garnish with lemon peel. 
5. Serve & enjoy.
