Low Island Fizz

Ingredients: 

2oz Sanctuary Classic Single Malt Whisky 

0.33oz Honey Syrup 

0.33oz Lemon Juice

3 Drops of Sage Tincture

1.33oz Soda 

Garnish: Lemon Cheek (Optional) 

Steps: 

1. Add ice, followed by Sanctuary Classic Single Malt Whisky, Lemon Juice, Honey Syrup and Sage Tincture to a shaker. 
2. Shake until combined. 
3. Strain into a glass, top with Soda Water, and add Lemon Cheek for garnish if desired. 
4. Serve & enjoy.
