Westward Embers

Ingredients: 

2oz Sanctuary Reserve Single Malt Whisky 

0.33oz Cognac 

0.33oz Simple Syrup

1 Dash Chocolate Bitters

1 Dash Orange Bitters

1 Dash Rosemary Tincture

1 Drop Saline 

Garnish: Orange Peel (Optional) 

Steps: 

1. Add Sanctuary Reserve Single Malt Whisky, Cognac, Simple Syrup, Chocolate and Orange Bitters to a glass, add ice. 
2. Stir until combined. 
3. Strain into a glass, add a drop of saline, and an Orange Peel for garnish if desired. 
4. Serve & enjoy.
