Last Light

Ingredients: 

1.75 oz Sanctuary Red & White Edition

0.35 oz Apricot Liqueur

0.5 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Honey Syrup

Dash Peychauds Bitters

Egg White 

Garnish: Apricot Fan (Optional) 

Steps: 

1. Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker
2. Add ice, wet shake hard for 15 seconds
3. Remove ice and dry shake for 15 seconds
4. Double strain into coupe glass
5. Garnish with apricot fan
6. Serve & enjoy
